Dog of the Day: Fozzie the Shetland Sheepdog/Papillon Mix

What a cute combo!

Half Shetland Sheepdog, Half Papillon

I'm a sucker for dogs with ridiculous neck-ruffs.

Half Papillon, Half Sheltie

A rare moment of rest in Fozzie's otherwise totally frenetic life.

Sheltie/Papillon Mix

Aww. This pup absolutely loves to be chased. The pug in the picture was totally mystified. "You want me to what? To do what? No, I'm not getting it."

Hello, I have a 5yr old girl named Luna, who looks just like him, please give me more info about these dogs. Mine is deff. Not what the pet store said she was.

Well, I don’t know any more about them than what you could read on Wikipedia. Shetland sheepdogs are tiny little herding dogs that are quite smart and friendly, and very high-energy. Papillons are companion lap-dogs, high energy and fairly social, with ridiculous ears. A combination of the two will probably end up social, and high-energy, and may or may not have herding instincts.

PS: What did the pet store say she was?
