Looks like a Maltese to me. No idea what goes on there, but whatever it is, I’m sure it is only improved by a pooch’s presence.
This is right down the street from our apartment. Never seen him there before though.
He looks very much at home there. Maybe I just don't get by there at the right time to see him.
That's one self-satisified little dog.
