Sierra is a cute little pup, but she is super-shy. She’s a rescue dog, which explains a lot right there, and whippets can be a little on the nervous side at the best of times.
Look at the body language: ears partway back, tail tucked so far between the legs that it comes out the front.
A little less freaked out. Probably because she's no longer looking at me.
She is gorgeous and has such expressive eyes. I imagine she is more willing to look her lucky human in the face.
