That’s a “teacup” Exotic Bully – the ears are a dead give-away, but the color also is a strong indicator of cross-breeding. No doubt a high percentage of Frenchie in the lineage, but that is absolutely not a purebred French Bulldog. It’s sad, but there are breeders who purposely forge AKC paperwork to make extra money on their mixes. Full-blood Frenchies can sell for $1K (pet quality) and considerably more for show/breed quality, whereas a Frenchie cross would only net a couple hundred bucks *tops*. One of the few areas that AKC takes seriously is paperwork, so a formal complaint would get a response… Hate to see people get conned like this. Sweet looking pup, either way.

Could well be. I don’t actually have any notes on that dog, so I don’t even know that he was described as a French Bulldog by his owner.
