Dog of the Day: Hitachi the Pembroke Welsh Corgi

Hitachi is a five-year-old Pemmie with one floppy ear. Except when he looks up at you and peers soulfully into your eyes, at which time his ear flops back and looks like it’s standing up. SO. CUTE.
