The famous ‘baroo’ puppy head tilt! He clearly doesn’t quite know what to make of me.
Wow, this dog looks so similar to mine (she’s from San Francisco too)! Where did you adopt him? I’m not able to upload a photo, but my dog had the same exact color pattern with just a little less white on the chest, plus more on the base/underside of her tail. The rescue org said she was Sheltie-GSD, which may be true, but Border Collie is definitely also possible. She’s 40 lbs full grown.

There’s also another commenter who has a dog that looks just like him, that came from a rescue in Tehama County.
