Dog of the Day: Vizsla

A somewhat nervous but still gorgeous Vizsla.  As always, if you know the dog, who was seen down near the Caltrain station at 4th and King, say something in the comments.

Also, if you know anything about Vizslas, I’ve always been curious about them.  The ones I’ve interacted with have all been a little shy, especially for a dog of their size.  Are they all like that?

Nope, I was told to stay on this towel, and I'm gonna stay on this towel!

I’m surprised that you say shy. Most vizslas are anything but! Their zest for life knows no boundries.

A Vizsla is not just a dog ….it’s a lifestyle.

Check out some of the blogs on my friends list at RioRocket.BlogSpot.com and you’ll get an idea of what these handsome, cuddly, mischevious, 4 legged toddlers can do.

Interesting! Maybe I’ve just been unlucky, or maybe Vizslas are intimidated by… uh… 5-foot-9 white guys with glasses, hats, and a slight paunch? Mm, probably not.

Anyway, I have a couple more Vizslas coming up in the next couple weeks, I think.
