And now, in celebration of my birthday, I would like to present to you some pictures of that rarest of rarities, a shy corgi! (I sat on these pictures for over a year. I had sixty pictures of him, and the best four included one with his nose cut off, and required extensive editing. Mumble.)

Look at that worried look over his shoulder. He’s clearly getting ready to bolt… any second now…
Umm… look at the ears, they’re folded back. Clearly he’s so freaked out he’s fleeing the wrong way…
Never mind. No timid here. (Bah, I can’t believe I cut his nose off. But look at that ear. Just a teensy fold at the tip.)
