2. Ordering and Paying
- Prices: All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. We try our best to keep prices accurate, but mistakes happen. If we spot an error in a price before shipping your order, we will contact you to confirm or cancel it.
- Payments: We accept credit cards, and may also accept PayPal. Your payment must be processed before we ship your items.
- Order Acceptance: When you place an order, you are offering to buy. We accept your order and form a contract when we send you a confirmation email.
3. Shipping and Delivery
- We ship to most countries, and at different times use different shipping services. If your country is not supported, you will not be able to order. Simple!
- Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. We are not responsible for carrier delays, but let us know if your package gets lost so we can help you sort it out. Again, store@dogsofsf.com.

5. Website Rules and Copyright
- Everything on this site—our logo, photos, text, and designs—belongs to us. You cannot copy, steal, or reuse it without our written permission. Feel free to drop us a line if you want to use one or more of our images for non-commercial purposes: we have granted such licenses in the past.
- Do not use our site for any illegal activities, hacking, spamming, or trying to trick our systems. We have the right to block anyone who breaks these rules.
6. Limits to Our Responsibility
We sell our products “as is”, except as noted in our returns policy. While we want you to love your items, we are not responsible for any indirect or unexpected damages that happen from using our site or products beyond the actual amount you paid us for your order.
7. Legal Jurisdiction
The site is run from San Francisco, and according to the laws of San Francisco, San Francisco County, California, USA. If for some not-immediately-imaginable-to-me reason you need to bring legal action of any kind, you agree that it will be according to those laws, and that you will do so in that venue.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make big changes, we will post the new date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site means you accept the new rules.
9. I’m Not A Lawyer
I made these terms as best I could, but I’m not a lawyer and the site doesn’t make enough money that I am going to hire one. These terms in particular aren’t intended to limit my legal protections. Which is to say: all of the above notwithstanding, nothing in this document should be construed as to eliminate any of the legal protections I would have had if I did not even post a T&C document at all.
