No, that’s not an instruction, it’s a name. His name is Chase, and he’s a German shorthaired pointer.
I’m sure he’d be delighted if you chased him for a while, though. He seemed playful enough.

Gorgeous GSP–I have 3 of them they are awesome dogs!
Lucky! Yeah, they seem to be. The two I’ve met recently have been calm, polite, and at the same time very playful. And the ears are so awesome.
I have a GSP mix (mom was a purebred)… She is almost 8 months old. When do they calm down? She has so much energy … Not spastic small dog hyperness, just the kind of energy where I swear she could run for hours and hours! I try to give her lots of exercise but it never seems like enough!!!
Of course she is a doll and we love her… Just hoping for some tips!
Diane, Chase’s owner here. I got him at 9 mos; he was more like a wild animal than any dog I’ve ever owned, in stamina and playfulness. Now 2 and a half, a nice 6-10 mile walk will begin to tire him out, but sometimes still I come back from a long walk and he needs to bound maniacally around the house for another 15 minutes. This is DESPITE a bad case of epilepsy requiring 2 medications, that can cause lethargy as a side effect!! So, it does get better… hang in there
Holy cow! If ‘still running around the house like a maniac after a 10-mile walk when he’s on lethargy-inducing medications’ is ‘better’, I don’t think I want to know what constitutes ‘worse!’
Still, I remember Chase, and he was an awfully nice dog. So I’m sure he’s well worth it.
Aww ? that looks like my dog max
Really? Got any pictures of Max online? If so, share!
