Sunday Switchup: American Goldfinch

This little approximately-spherical birb scolded me one day as I wandered down Union Street in Cow Hollow. Oddly, he isn’t a cow-bird, he’s a goldfinch! They sure are pretty.

American Goldfinch — I got a ‘live photo’. A REALLY long time ago I spent some time figuring out how to make live photos work on my blog, but embarrassingly enough, I can’t remember. So have a gif instead.

  Isn’t he? He hung around when I was walking by and scolded me for coming near him, so I thought it was only fair that I take a few pictures!
