Ran into this kitty when I was off flying across the country over Christmas. I am going to say that she wasn’t entirely pleased to be on a trip, but she was surprisingly mellow for all that.

Dog of the Day: Bacchus the Smooth Fox Terrier Puppy

Dog of the Day: Thyra the Norwegian Buhund

I talked to Thryra’s mom, and she said she was a ‘Finnish by-hund’, which I had never heard of before. It actually took me quite a while to find the ‘Norwegian buhund’ using only that as a clue. Thyra is our first!

Dog of the Day: Esme the Cirneco dell’Etna

I saw Esme (1) and thought ‘oh wow it’s a Pharaoh hound!’ But it turns out no, she’s an entirely new breed for me. Remarkable how much they look like Pharaoh hounds.
