Dog of the Day: Barli the Bernese Mountain Puppy

Barli is two months old. His name means ‘big bear’ in German, and I’m delighted to have met him before it became totally accurate.

Two Month Old Bernese Mountain Dog Puppy — Don’t see too many Berners with the pink on the nose. It’s probably a ‘flaw’ according to the breed specification, which just goes to show what breed specifications are worth!

Was nice meeting you, Adam! You will have to see Barli in a month or so – his pink nose markings will fill in like pixels: one dot at a time until it’s all black 🙂
