Harper (7 months, a girl) makes me want to be musical. “Oh I went outside for to see this dog, sing Bernadoodle puppy all the day!”

Dog of the Day: A NAMELESS Wire-Haired Dachshund Puppy

I ran across this pup in the beginning of November. His dad said that he was so freshly adopted that he hadn’t even been named yet (and was, at the time, almost four months old). He’s a full-sized dachshund, not a mini, and wire-haired and scruffy and fearless.

(Having some weird troubles with my site all of a sudden. For some reason, everything works great in Safari except whenever I try to create a new post, it just hangs forever. If I do it in Firefox or Chrome it works fine. Just utterly baffled. Anyone out there have any clues?)

Sunday Switchup: Christmas Assembly

When I was heading into work a few weeks ago, I discovered that they were assembling the Union Square Christmas tree. IMO it has the tree lighting ceremony beat all hollow.
