I was walking a pup up in the Sacramento area a few weeks ago and we ran across a cute and fluffy denizen. The dog was quite interested, but a lot less, ah, enthusiastic than she would have been a few years back… maybe she’s mellowing a little bit.
The cat wasn’t thrilled, but you can see: her back is a little arched and her eyes are narrowed, but her ears aren’t back. She just patiently waited until I dragged the pup away before going about her business.
