Dog of the Day: Zoey the Magnificent

Gotta post some pictures of Zoey, since I kept an eye on her last week. She’s 10 now, but still boxing most enthusiastically. In fact, I took her for five miles of walks on multiple days, and she didn’t slow down in the slightest.

We went for walks in the morning AND evening, despite the fact that it was in the mid-50s in the morning and the mid-90s in the evening. (Yech.)

      We did. I always do with Zoey.

      Even if she is an absolute menace at night. Sleeps next to me, and insists on being in contact with me at all times. Which means that the instant I shift at all, she scooches closer to me, until I am dangling over the precipice. Whereupon I wake up (fortunately) and then have to shove her back to the middle of the bed.

      Such a goof.
