The name Fritz always reminds me of the animated feature Wizards, which I realize is a pretty obscure reference, but what the heck. Anyway, this Fritz (2) is not a wizard, though he seems just as attentive as one. On the other hand, Loulou (a girl, 10) is more laid-back, but every bit as friendly.
He saved his barking for when I decided I had to leave. Funny that.Loulou was definitely a little mellower. She wasn’t very forward, but she was definitely up for some petting.
Boba’s fifth birthday is today! Happy Boba-day! And Biggie’s is a week from today! Man, these two must be peeved: Christmas and BOTH birthdays are so close together that they probably only get one party!
That… is one ridiculous pug face. The black one is Biggie, the tan one is Boba.
This is going to be a rough year for me, for a variety of reasons, and probably for a lot of other folks as well. So I think we need a very happy New Year’s Dog to keep our spirits up. Hence, Peach (2, and a boy!)
Peach is a trim corgi. No fat, all muscle and bone. Peach is a trim, thirty-eight pound corgi. Dayum, Peach, you could play professional corgball!I promise, the apparent spherical nature is an optical illusion.
I got a bunch of adorable pictures of Rocco (11 weeks) and his mom, but he was blurry in all but two and mom was blurry in those two, so I’m afraid you’ll just have to settle for a slightly less adorable one of just Rocco.
Winty, Winty the schoodle! She is three, and already an accomplished traveller. However, I choose to believe that she was also patiently waiting in this bag under the Christmas tree this morning, ready to leap out and lick the nose of some surprised kid.
One of the few pleasant things about hanging out in an airport is getting to see all the dogs who rack up more airline miles than you do.
I’m gonna guess that ‘Say’ was a victim of autocorrect, but it’s the closest thing I have to a name so I’m going to go with it. Anyway, he’s a he (edited), and he’s four, and he seems very right for the festive season.
Edit: He’s a he, and his name is Zay, according to a little birdie down in the comment section. I see how autocorrect got me on the name, but I have no idea what got me on the gender.
I don’t know if this pup lives in SF, but regardless, I hope he gets to play in the snow for Christmas!A great place to bring your dog for a romp in the snow if you live in the Bay Area is Mt. Hamilton. Just make sure the road is open before you go!
