Jack (the wheelie-pup) and Peanut are a pair of older dachshunds that are owned by one of the vets at our local SPCA. And despite the concerned forehead-wrinkles, I can assure you that they’re happy little pups.
The footprints are a decoration in the courtyard of the SPCA.
He really needs a little squeeze-horn, or maybe a bike bell.
