Dog of the Day: Dolly the Chihuahua

Dolly (12) was outside the Macy’s puppy windows one day when I went, helping with the important donation-and-treat-collection tasks.

Dolly’s full name, her mom informs me, is ‘Dolly Rotten’. I would never call her that, even if she tried to bite my fingers off.
