I didn’t get this pup’s name, but if I recall correctly she’s five, and only eighteen pounds! So tiny! But fearless.

Is Augie really an Australian shepherd terrier mix? Is he really 14? I’m not 100% sure. He sure is cute, though, isn’t he?
Hmm. Wait. Strike that. Reverse it. Bear is seven months old, and likes long walks on the beach, head scratches, and definitely treats.
I ran into Bear (10) on my, and his, way to the SF Pride Parade. He was wearing a snazzy bandana (which as we all know makes any dog ten percent more awesome) but he was wearing something else, too. And he was SO PROUD.
Smitty is six years old, and is the more recent shop dog for the Russian Hill Upholstery store, after Doc and Dolly retired. And it’s amazing I haven’t run into her before this but I usually don’t get out that way on weekdays, and Smitty and her owner are closed on weekends. Terrible!
Google says Shan Zhu (1) is probably named after a kind of fruit. Maybe? She’s definitely sweet, though!
