I ran across someone walking her cute little bun a few days ago, and it turned out to be the little sister of Alex the Great!

Oh NOOOO! I was going to post Boo on her third birthday, but that was the 29th of AUGUST and not SEPTEMBER. Oh where can I hide my face?

Autumn and I took Bosco out for a hike in the Redwoods last month. We stopped for breakfast at a pretty decent spot in Montclair, where we found a dog that was the very spit and image of Bosco! In fact, they looked so similar that Bosco was mostly too busy wondering where the mirror was to have his usual hostile reaction.
But where Bosco is an Italian water spaniel, Cooper is a dilute-coat Bernadoodle, which I have rarely ever seen before. Coop is also a lot mellower than Bosco, as befits a Bernese mix.

Taffy is nine months old, and is spherical to a first order approximation, and is roughly 90% floof by unit volume. Some settling may occur in shipping. Do not squeeze.
Oh fine, go ahead and squeeze. She loves hugs.

As of a few years ago and a silly Twitter account, the fog in San Francisco has got a name, and that name is Karl. (Which is only fair, I mean if the rain is Tess, the fire is Joe, and they call the wind Mariah, I think Karl deserves a name too!)
And now enter this young (4.5 months) pooch, Karl the fog dog!

We have been posting pictures of Bosco (ten!) since 2017. Not only does he look identical to how he looked back then, he also has just as much energy and enthusiasm as he did back then. This is roughly similar to a human being having as much energy and enthusiasm at my age as he did at age 18, and is deeply, deeply unfair.

Admittedly I’m no expert, but I actually think that these two are different species! The one in the front has a yellow bill, which would make it a great egret, while the one in the back has a black one, which makes it a snowy (or a hybrid of some kind maybe?)
