How have I never seen a dog of this mix before? How have I never even thought of a dog of this mix before? What an awesome pairing! And Franklin (7 months… still a puppy!) is every bit as awesome as his progenitors would suggest.
He’s developing quite a nice human-style smile. Some dogs do that… they see humans doing it and start showing their teeth when they like you.
My hair used to do that upon occasion. Back when I had hair. But it never looked that good on me.
Another one who was really hard to take pictures of. Because he really wanted me to be petting him instead.
I can just tell that this guy has a great sense of humor. As long as the rest of the family does too, they’re going to get along great.
