Oh good lord you have got to be kidding me.
I got ‘Chihuahua’ from Virginia’s owner, but the papillon part I guessed at because of the glorious ears (and the glorious ear hair). But those ears are not Virginia’s only remarkable feature.

Ran into these two in the Russian Hill area. I was told that Malarky (the black one) was Havanese and Chihuahua. I’m not sure I buy it.
