Dog of the Day: Virginia the Chihuahua/Papillon Mix

I got ‘Chihuahua’ from Virginia’s owner, but the papillon part I guessed at because of the glorious ears (and the glorious ear hair). But those ears are not Virginia’s only remarkable feature.
