The Wags and Wine party a week ago was to benefit The Paw Fund: ‘Nurturing the bond between people and their animal companions.’ They do free and low-cost spay and neuter clinics, free pet vaccinations, reduced cost medical care, and similar services for low-income pet owners. They also do rescue and adoption. If you have a little money set aside for an animal charity, they seem like a pretty good group to give it to.
They also brought some adoptable puppies, which may well still be available. They were cute and super-friendly, although I think they were a little overwhelmed with the dozens (hundreds?) of people packed into a small space.

Their enclosure was like a little tiny kissing booth. Go up, receive puppy smooches.
Some people were luckier than others, and got a little cuddle-time too.
I’m pretty sure she was an volunteer for or employee of Paw Fund. She definitely knows how to handle puppies, anyway.

I walked away for a few minutes. When I came back, they were all still in the little sleeping basket, but they were arranged completely differently.
