That’s a whole lot of words! And Shasta (2, girl) is a whole lotta dog.

I just met Mr. Carson, who is a 5 year old perfect gentleman, with a very abbreviated Instagram account displaying the trophies he has won. His owner wasn’t particularly looking for a show dog, but he did want a Norwich, and he was able to jump to the head of the queue (pre-COVID) by agreeing to show Mr. Carson. And thus was born a champion!
You all should go check out Mr. Carson’s instagram and encourage him and his folks to post more pictures.
I have Shawayse (11, male) down as an unknown mix, but his mom is pretty sure there’s some pit in there, and I have to say I agree.
Look who I ran into on my way home from my first dinner out with Autumn in ages: Robbie The Rebel (awesome instagram here), a super-cute mix adopted from Family Dog Rescue in San Francisco.
Pretty big, for an 8-month-old Vizsla, isn’t he?
Cody, AKA laundrypuppy, is a site favorite (see also here, here, here, and here.) Such a sweetheart, and so adorable. He’s a neighborhood fixture.
That’s why it was doubly shocking to read about the fact that someone tried to set him on fire, and then actually did beat up his owner, a really sweet older Asian gentleman, when he tried to get the dog away jesus christ what is wrong with people.
So this guy looks to me a lot like a Parson Russell terrier, but I haven’t ever seen one in person and we’ve certainly never had one on the blog before, so I’m very hesitant to nail him down. Anyone ever seen one before?
If you think Logan looks full grown, surprise! He’s really only nine months old in this picture. If you think he looks goofy, well, you’re batting at least five hundred.
I may not know art, but I know what I like.
And I’m not really sure I particularly like this.
Nevertheless, it certainly fits the theme.
