Dog of the Day: Nesta, the Chow/Golden/German Shepherd/Husky

Posted on June 7, 2010 by Adam Lang

Sort of cheating on the identification here, as this is what the dog owner heard from the shelter that he got the pup from. If I recall correctly, this dog is over 10 years old, but you wouldn’t know it … Continue reading →

Dog of the Day: White German Shepherd

Posted on April 30, 2010 by Adam Lang

Look at that fluff. This guy is spoiled rotten, and with good reason. How could you not spoil him rotten? If I had this dog, I’d spend about half an hour every day with my face buried in white foozly … Continue reading →

Dog of the Day: White German Shepherd

Posted on April 24, 2010 by Adam Lang

Very unusual, very pretty. And, since they’re German shepherds, they’re also wonderfully loyal, smart, and a whole lot of fun. A portrait, after the break.

It’s another double-dog-day here at DoSF, and this one comes with a built-in photobomb!  In the first picture, this fine gentleman, who may be some kind of black German Shepherd mix, is relaxing in the grass with his favorite toy… … Continue reading →

Dog of the Day: Black German Shepherd Mix

Posted on January 26, 2010 by Adam Lang

This old guy showed up not half a block from my apartment.  And he was clearly an awesome dog: the woman who was walking him said he was 14, if I recall correctly.  And still going strong; he gave me … Continue reading →
