I took my car to the ‘Auto Spa‘ the other day for a well-deserved interior cleaning (aka ‘dredge the potato chips from under the driver’s seat’). It wasn’t until I got there that I discovered that this was a true ‘Dogs of SF’ establishment: they have a store dog, Nilla the pug. That, and the fact that they did a great job on my car, officially earns them the DoSF seal of approval.
Well, with a tail like that, he can’t be all schnauzer. And besides, his eyebrows aren’t nearly ridiculous enough.
Looks like I’m not the only one who has a busy work week this week.
We’re going to skip the Caturday Supplement this week, in order to bring you one more day of Swiss dogs. This is especially important because Autumn informs me that we do actually have an Appenzeller in the archives, from last year’s Swiss Dog Day. The only problem is, I can’t figure out which one he is! Can anyone help?
Rose is a 4-year-old bundle of love. Just one thing that confuses me: Greater Swisses are supposed to be bigger than Berners, but I haven’t seen many full-grown Berners smaller than Rose. Maybe she’s just petite?
Alma is another repeat customer, although last time I saw her I didn’t get to say hi to her dad, since she was tied up outside the Jug Shop.
