What do you think? Is this pup a husky? If so, I’ve never seen one with that pink a nose! A pink-ish stripe sometimes, but never this bright pink.

Another pup from my visit to the Lazy Dog Bar. This one seems very appropriate for the location.
Barli is two months old. His name means ‘big bear’ in German, and I’m delighted to have met him before it became totally accurate.
Brooke, also known as Brookie, is a three year old goof!
It’s only been a week or so since our last birthday boy, but guess what I ran into while I was down doing some Craigslist-shopping today? Another one! I was outside of the Lazy Dog Restaurant & Bar in Cupertino, which I had never heard of before but which is a pretty amazing chain: doggie menu, outdoor seating for you and your pups, etc. I found quite a few dogs there, but Apollo was one of the cutest, and it turned out that he was turning one year old today, and they were there to celebrate!
Also, I didn’t even know ‘Australian Labradoodles’ were a thing. Apparently they can be a mix of Lab, poodle, Cocker spaniel, curly-coat retriever, and Irish water spaniel. I can’t even guess what he is, aside from adorable.
This is Cleo, short for Cleopatra. She’s 18 months old, so she’s old enough to know better but not old enough to care.
Autumn’s family had a dog named ‘Roxie-roo’… well, this is Rudy-roo! He’s four months old, and full of wiggles and raw charisma.
I know, I know, it’s Caturday, but I don’t have a cat to post, and anyway, I ran into Rumor today and it’s her fifteenth birthday!
I am proud of myself. I saw her and I thought, ‘Pretty sure I have seen this dog before’. And I heard her name and thought, ‘Definitely!’ And it turns out that yes, I have, in 2012! A full decade ago, and I still remember her.
I can’t remember to take my medications, and I can’t remember my damn appointments, but I can remember literally thousands of the dogs that I’ve taken pictures of. I have my priorities, after all!
Any thoughts about what Bella (1) might be mixed with? That coloration and shape look like a husky mix, but a German shepherd husky mix would have big perky pointy ears, not these ridiculously goofy 2/3 flopped-over things.
