Supermutt of the Day: Penny

I ran into Penny a couple of weeks ago, and asked what in the world she was. Her mom showed me the results of a doggie DNA test, shown below. They’re notoriously not very accurate but I can believe this one… Penny is definitely a mutt, and very clearly super!

Black And White Mutt Looking Friendly — Particolored nose! I feel like maybe that’s part of the 3.4% husky.

Dog With Ears That Stick Out Straight To The Side — Are there any dog breeds that have ears like that as part of the breed standard? There should be, they’re hilarious.

Dog Breed Information — IMO that isn’t ‘22.2% supermutt’, I think that many breeds qualifies as 100% supermutt.

Dog of the Day: Either Loki Or Lynx the Foofly Wiener

I got twenty one pictures of two friendly pups named Loki and Lynx. This is the closest I came to a clear shot, during a ‘shake it off’ after I did a little petting.

Not sure about Raven (4) as far as her breed is concerned… where did that little ear-flop come from? But she’s probably at least part cattle dog, as she is apparently quite fetch-obsessed.
