Dog of the Day: Ruth the Catahoula Leopard Dog Pit Mix Puppy

Finally feeling better, more or less, aside from the laryngitis. Hopefully that’s gone tomorrow.

In the mean time, here’s Ruth. She’s seven months old, and quite big. Supposedly she’s half Catahoula hog dog (also known on this blog as ‘Hula-Hula Cat-Dog’) and half pit. Pretty intense, isn’t she?

Dog of the Day: Appa the Golden Retriever

It’s been a while since we had a golden on here. Appa (2, a boy) is a lovely example of the breed. I’ll also have a couple of extremely goofy examples pretty soon, since I spent Christmas at Autumn’s family’s place, and her folks have a pair of goldens, as well as an Irish setter/poodle mix. Who is even goofier than the goldens, and that’s saying something.
