Someone was just a little too young to play with other dogs… hadn’t had the final shots. Fortunately he was still allowed to play with humans.
I didn’t get the pup’s name.
Well, she and her dad were in a big hurry.
And I have my priorities.

There are now two dogs who sit in the window of Bird Music. I haven’t gotten this one’s name, but boy does she have all the ears!
It’s amazing what she can do with those ears.
Must be a puppy. She loves playing with people in the window.
Hawkeye (6, and possibly a border collie golden retriever German shepherd mix) has an Instagram account and some of the pictures on there are awesome. And the rest of the pictures on there are really awesome. And you should go check out both sorts right now.

To give you an idea how old I am, when I heard ‘Hawkeye’ I immediately thought M*A*S*H.
I think it’d still be a very appropriate name. Hawkeye seems friendly, but I get that slightly-skewed-sense-of-humor vibe from him too.
I dunno, maybe I’m just projecting.
When I spotted Dudley, he was just going up for adoption from Muttville Senior Dog Rescue and I was like ‘nuh uh no way he is senior’. Well, I guess they thought he was maybe six, but I’m dubious even of that. They had no idea what breed he was, too, and I think he looks surprisingly much like a Leonberger mix, and so I’m going to leave him that way until he shows up to tell me I’m wrong.
Anyway, less than a week later, when I got the pictures off of my phone and onto my computer, I went and looked at the adoption page at Muttville, and he wasn’t there. So, unsurprisingly, he didn’t last long before someone grabbed him and hung on tight. Well, you know what they say: them wot snoze, loze.
These two had really good chemistry. I wonder if this was a case of a ‘failed foster’?
Then again, I think his good chemistry is contagious. (Don’t you love the star on his nose?)
Argh! This is one of the Hipmunk office dogs, who I’ve met a bunch of times. Aaaaand no name memory whatsoever. None.

Denali and I met in Huntingdon Square Park, and we were never the same again.
Poms always have this ridiculously manic expression.
And happy. And floofy. And none of these things are inaccurate.
It’ll be impossible to tell what Roscoe was mixed with at least until he gets a little older than his current six months. In the mean time, we’ll just have to content ourselves with giving him treats and belly rubs.
