Dog of the Day: Black German Shepherd Mix

I thought I’d had this guy up on here before, but now I’m not so sure… the other black German shepherd mixes all looked a little different… either no white on the chest, or different-looking ears, or whatever.

Anyway, I like him. Older dogs are awesome, especially the ones that don’t need to run around so much any more, but are still more than happy to walk five or six miles with you.

Dog of the Day: Luke (aka Hannibal the Animal) the Gigantic Labradoodle

I love this: the dog’s name is Luke, but he’s more frequently known as Hannibal the Animal. He’s the biggest lab/poodle mix I’ve ever seen — bigger than any lab I’ve ever seen, and bigger than any giant poodle, too.

We ran into this pup at a craft fair in Albany. A very recent rescue. She’s very territorial but very sweet.

Dog of the Day: Henry the Labrador Retriever/Australian Shepherd

I’m headed out on vacation. Gonna try to keep posting, though.

Meet Henry the Lab/Australian Shepherd mix. Ran into him just a half-block from my apartment. I hope I run into him again, he’s a real sweetheart.

Henry's a young guy. Really energetic, and quite obedient as long as there are treats involved.
