Buster Keaton (male, 1) is named after an amazing silent-film actor. I’m not sure why, since fox terriers aren’t exactly well-known for being silent…

I’ve posted some pictures of this kitty before, but I just saw her again a couple of weeks ago, and she was being adorable. so here you are.
I think this might be the shop pup for the Fresh Blades Barber Shop, but I’m not sure.
I wonder how long this has been around and I just never noticed it? Looks pretty new, so maybe not too long. It’s amazingly well done. Wonder if the artist lives there?
Just a couple days after our last ‘first’, I ran into another new breed today: Maisey (a girl) is a Cesky (Czech) terrier, which is apparently the second-rarest breed in the United States. According to her owner, there are fewer than 50 of them in the US. I decided to post her today because yesterday was her second birthday, so consider this a belated happy birthday to Maisey-dotes!
I met Mookie (2) on a very momentous day: apparently he was about to be adopted! The fellow who was out and about with him was a volunteer for the SFSPCA, who was fostering Mookie, but someone had been to see him twice for adoption and was just about sure they wanted him. And when I checked, he wasn’t on the web site any more, so I think he found a home. Yay, Mookie!
